halloween

This year our family went to Richfield the weed before and tried out their corn maze. They had mini mazes, corn boxes, hay slides and more. The haunted maze itself wasn't much but the kids loved it. Austin won his pumpkin at a race and the other kids picked theirs outfrom a pumpkin stand. Carving pumpkins was the fastest yet, whew! This year Austin chose to be Harry Potter, Tyson was a vampire, Sydney showed us the costume she wanted which was a Playboy bunny, we managed to find a more apropriete costume! Poor Weston hated the moster costume but didn't mind the Tigger p.j's so he got his wish. We had some friends come over and 17 kids went trickortreating...my poor neighbors..

School school school....

This year Austin is in 4th grade. 4th grade was my favorite grade ever. I hope he has a good year. Tyson has graduated from fun kindergarten and has begun to start real school. He wasn't too impressed after his first day of school..Rude awakening. haha Sydney is in Preschool and still does speech once a week with Mrs Chris. She loves both and is always happy to go

a decade old!

August 3rd was Austin's 10th birthday. We did our usual celebration in Salt Lake City. We went to a Bee's game, dined at GC, shopped for school clothes and stayed at the awesome Grand America!




We also hit a farm and the kids all got to milk a cow.. Austin described the cows tit as soft squishy and kinda hairy.

Summer Fun

So far our family has had a busy summer..We went to Lake Powell the last week in June. We went with a ton of people and had a super time. Only 1 windstorm and great temperatures. We brought the wrong camera so we got no pics. On the way home we stopped at lagoon with family. It was Tyson's birthday and all the kids had a blast..got some pics. We celebrated Tys b/day when we got back. He had his last game that night and for his cake he chose a baseball cake.


We left a few days later to Richfield for the 4th. Austin ran the 1mile/5k with me. His time was 7.50 mine was 22.26.. I was so impressed with Austin. Tyson caught 6 fish at the fish grab, he holds the record! At the money dive at the pool Ty and Au



stin did so good, they both got 2 handfuls of $. again no pictures..1 week later we went to my family vaca. We stayed at a Lodge at the mouth of immagration canyon at the Bear Lake side. We 4wheeled one day, hit the beach the next followed with dinner and a show at pickleville playhouse. Our kids absoultly loved the play. We just




got back today and I am vaca out! Our kids have had such a great summer and our family is spoiled.

Weston is 1!

Weston turned one on the 21st of May..This year has gone by so fast..Ren's parents came up for the Fathers and son's campout but ended up being rained out. We celebrated his birthday on Saturday, with a bbq dinner and cake and ice cream. My family along with Ren's parents were all there. Friday and Saturday Weston had a fever but that didn't stop him from enjoy his presents and cake! After opening his presents, he stood up and took his first steps in front of everyone...It was wonderful! He now takes many steps at a time and has 8 teeth...This summer is going to be fun!

Sydney turns 4

Sydney turned 4 on Saturday the 24th. It was a perfect weekend. The Busks came up on Friday for Chelsea's graduation and stayed at our house and celebrated Sydney's big day. Sydney will and always be our special little girl. We are so blessed to have her!

Easter

Our Easter weekend was so much fun. Full of egg dying, egg hunts and a family trip to Salt Lake.






On Monday, we all drove down to Midvale with Renald and we dropped Renald off at work and I took the kids shopping with me. We went back to golden Corral at lunch and ate with Renald.
We then checked into the Hotel next to Golden Corral and hung out there until Renald got off of work. We spent 2 nights there then went to American Fork to stay with Misty and her family. We were only going to stay one night and ended up staying three. We swam and hit Hogle Zoo, poor Misty, but we had a terrific time.
